What IELTS score do you need for Sungkyunkwan University?

English Track units in the guide include Global Economics, Global Business Administration, Human Science and Society, Chemical Engineering, Advanced Materials Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nano Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering. English Track students do not need TOPIK for major placement, major courses or graduation.

Korean Track applicants submit TOPIK, a Korean language institute transcript or a King Sejong Institute certificate, and can apply without one as a candidate with a preliminary offer.

Nationals of a country where English is a native or official language, and applicants who completed all of middle and high school in such a country, are exempt from submitting an English test, based on the standards of Korea's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The guide does not list the countries, so Indian, Pakistani and Nigerian applicants should confirm with SKKU's admissions office whether they qualify.

Scores announced after the application deadline cannot be submitted, so book the test early.
