We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except in the following circumstances:

• Payment Processing: We share payment information with our payment processor (Razorpay) to process your transactions. Purchases made inside our iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• AI Evaluation Services: To generate your scores and feedback, we send the practice responses you submit — voice recordings, essays, and answers — to Microsoft Azure AI (speech assessment and transcription) and Google AI (Gemini models for writing and speaking evaluation). These providers process your responses solely to evaluate them on our behalf, are contractually required to protect your data to at least the same standard we do, and do not use it to train their models. In our mobile app, we ask for your permission before your responses are first shared for AI evaluation.
• Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of the business assets
