Melbourne gives every course an English level on its course page; Level 1 is the lowest in its table. McGill accepts IELTS only when sent electronically by the test centre, and does not accept One Skill Retake. McGill does not accept PTE or IELTS Online for graduate admission.

Pakistan has 12 centres (USD 240), including Quetta, Islamabad and Rawalpindi; Dushanbe and Tashkent have one each (USD 210).
IELTS or PTE for Afghan candidates?+
Both mean testing abroad. PTE is USD 210 in Dushanbe or Tashkent and USD 240 in Pakistan; IELTS is PKR 75,600 in Pakistan. McGill does not accept PTE for graduate programmes, so check your university first.
Does Canada accept PTE from Afghanistan?+
